Every year, the Byng Parent Grad Committee, along with the Grade 12 students, need to raise a significant amount of funding to support grad festivities and ensure a memorable Grade 12 graduation. Thank to all who have supported our fundraising initiatives so far this year it is very much appreciated!  Details about Grad event and activities will be posted here when they are available.

Graduation Ceremony - Friday, June 7th at the Chan Centre

Grad Dinner Dance – Saturday, June 15th, Hellenic Center

Dry Grad/Prom (Not sanctioned by VSB) – Sunday, June 23rd, Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Vancouver

PLEASE SUPPORT OUR DIRECT APPEAL - Ticket prices for the Grad Dinner Dance will be based on the results of the Direct Grad Appeal. The funds raised will contribute to the many aspects of the Grad Dinner event: rentals, photographer, catering, DJ, decorations and subsidize costs for staff to attend. Tax receipts will be issued automatically for donations of $20 or more. To donate through SchoolCashOnline:

 

1. Go to https://vsb.schoolcashonline.com/Fee/Details/1869/196/false/true/

2. Choose from a list of donation amounts or enter your own specific amount.

3. Choose “Fund Destination.”

4. Select S-LORD BYNG from the drop-down menu.

5. To ensure your donation is applied to your student’s event, fill in the “Message” field under the section “Message to School Board” with:  GRAD DINNER DANCE 2024

6. Click “Add to Cart”.

7. Review the information and click “Continue” if everything is correct.

8. You will be prompted to sign in. (If you don’t have a School Cash Online account, then click on “Click

here to register now” and follow the steps to complete the registration process OR simply click on “Continue as guest” and checkout via Mastercard or VISA

1. Once you have logged in, you can complete your payment using your credit card or e-cheque.

2. After the payment has been processed, a tax receipt will appear on screen for printing. You will also receive an emailed copy.
