Lord Byng PAC unanimously passes updated Constitution and Bylaws

On April 29, 2015, the Lord Byng PAC unanimously passed new and updated bylaws. In addition to following more closely the bylaws of PAC around the District, Lord Byng PAC's new Contitution and Bylaws increase the democratic nature of the PAC, ensuring that all parents may now vote on items of importance, including the election of all Officers to the Steering Committee.
