Anxiety in Teens: Information and Strategies That Begin at Home
Come listen to Dr. David Worling as he talks about anxiety and stress in adolescents. It will be a presentation of 45 minutes that will include some practical take-home approaches and time for questions.
The presentation will take place at the upcoming PAC meeting on Wednesday, April 26th in the School library. See you at 7pm!
Speaker Bio:
Dr. David Worling is a highly respected registered psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience addressing issues including stress and anxiety in adolescents. He is the Clinical Director of the Westcoast Child Development Group and holds an academic affiliation with SFU and is a Sessional Instructor with the Department of Psychology at UBC.
