Request for Grad Family Contact Information & Interest in Volunteering

 

The Grad Committee has been formed and will start working on planning all the events for this year’s grads and their families, including the fundraisers to help support the events.  Please watch for notes about important dates on this webpage, via emails and the school newsletter.

 

In order to get the information to all grad families we are asking that you please fill out the contact information form below.  This form also asks if you would like to assist the Grad Committee throughout the year.  The success of our grad events depends on parent volunteers. There are a wide range of volunteers needed so please consider volunteering your time in whatever capacity you have.  If you are interested in volunteering please indicate on the form below.

GRADUATION DATES AND INFO 2027

This year's grad events are listed below.  Some dates set by the school and some by the grad committee.  More details will be posted here once available, including on when tickets will be on sale etc.

 

Commencement Ceremony

Format:     Ceremony where your grad walks across the stage and receives their diploma

Where:      UBC Chan Centre

Grad Dinner & Dance

Format:     Grads, their families and school staff attend a dinner/reception, followed by dancing

Lord Byng Prom

Format:     Grads and their guest only for a night of food and dancing

FUNDRAISERS

 

Fundraisers throughout the year are an important part of grad activities.  They help fund some of the events listed above.  No events are currently scheduled but please watch for information coming soon and let us know on the contact and volunteer form above if you would like to assist in any way.
